postage and packing
It is important to me that funky footstools are delivered to you in the same beautiful condition as they left. Footstools are personally and carefully packaged using large bubble wrap and placed in strong cardboard boxes . The top, corners and bases are given extra attention.
delivery
Items are usually delivered on the Monday or Friday following cleared payment. Items are personally collected using royal mail who will deliver within 48 hours. It is important that someone is available to accept the order once delivery has been made.
I try and keep postage costs to a minimum as I believe everyone should be given the chance to own a funky footstool
Please contact me if you have any special postage requirements. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer overseas shipping.
returns
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your funky footstool and you wish to return it, you must do so within 14 calendar days of you placing the order.
If the footstool has already been dispatched and needs returning, you are responsible for the delivery charges for the footstools safe return. A refund of your initial payment will be made once the returned footstool has been checked.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned footstool.
